Commercial Director, Marketing, HR, and Management
Fernando has over 25 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. He is a professional with solid knowledge in geotechnical analysis for mining projects, including detailed studies of waste rock piles, tailings dams, stability analyses for pit slopes, underground excavation design, as well as studies of arrangements for hazardous waste disposal.
Financial and Operations Director
Robson has extensive experience in the consulting engineering sector associated with mining structures. With a background in civil engineering and water resources, his experience is based on the development of green and brown field studies and projects, specifically for major mine structures such as tailings and water dams, waste rock piles, tailings piles (including joint or co-disposal), pits, and other associated structures. His work also includes activities related to mine closure, hydraulic modeling, dam break and stack break modeling, risk analysis, trade-off studies, pumping/conveyance, water balance, evaluation of mine master plans, hydrological studies, preparation of engineering projects from index-based engineering to detailed projects, audits, due diligence, etc. With over 30 years of experience, he also has extensive experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Technical Director
Aloysio has 30 years of experience as a civil engineer, working in the field of water resources and geotechnics, as well as a university professor in Civil Engineering. He was professor in the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources at the School of Engineering of UFMG from 2016 to 2023, in undergraduate and graduate courses in hydraulics, hydraulic structures, and physical modeling. Aloysio has expertise in coordinating projects within and outside Brazil, evaluating and reviewing methodologies and designs in the areas of water resources, hydrology, geotechnics, dam break studies and hydrogeology. He has experience in providing training in hydrology, hydraulics, water balance, and tailings dam management.
Director of Technology and HSE
With over 25 years of experience in the mining sector, Rodrigo leads the Health, Safety, Environment, and Information Technology areas at TEC3.
A graduate in Geography from PUC Minas, he has built a solid and diverse career in project management, geoprocessing, and integrated management, combining technical knowledge, strategic vision, and commitment to sustainability.
Throughout his career, Rodrigo has stood out for his ability to integrate HSE practices with technological and digital solutions, strengthening TEC3's culture of excellence and innovation. His leadership is marked by risk prevention, valuing people, and promoting safe, healthy, and collaborative work environments, where care for life and the environment is a priority.
In the Information Technology area, he leads initiatives focused on cybersecurity and data governance, ensuring the protection of corporate and personal information in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Under his direction, the company adopts access control, backup, encryption, and digital awareness practices, reinforcing shared responsibility in information management.
